Editorial Policy

How we research, write, review and correct our content.

Trust is the foundation of everything we publish. This policy explains the standards our writers and editors follow.

Accuracy and sourcing

We verify claims against primary sources wherever possible, such as official documentation, research papers, company statements and our own testing. We link to sources so you can check for yourself.

Independence

Editorial decisions are made independently of advertisers and partners. Sponsored content and affiliate links are always disclosed, and sponsors never review or approve editorial coverage.

Product testing

Reviews are based on real, hands-on use over a meaningful period. We explain how we tested, what we liked and what we did not. Where a product is supplied by a manufacturer, we say so.

Use of AI tools

Our articles are written and fact-checked by people. We may use AI tools for tasks such as research assistance, spelling or transcription, but editors remain responsible for everything we publish.

Corrections

When we get something wrong, we fix it quickly and add a note explaining what changed. Report errors through our contact page.

Conflicts of interest

Writers disclose relevant relationships, and we do not cover companies in which our contributors hold a financial stake without clear disclosure.
